TENDER DESCRIPTION

The construction measure described below represents a new hospital building as a replacement for the existing, prospectively to be demolished District Hospital Alsfeld. The planned new building is a basic care hospital. The new building body appears as a four-story cuboid, whose upper floors are offset from the ground floor. The main entrance is located in the cantilever. The necessary technical centers are set back as subordinate components on the roof surface of the building body. The subject of the tender is metalwork. The service includes the production, delivery, and installation of aluminum-glass building elements and their building connections. The building elements include window elements consisting of frame profiles, sash profiles, fixed glazing, and opaque panels from the basement to the 3rd floor, as well as post-and-beam constructions with large-area glazing on the ground floor and on the 3rd floor, including electromotor-driven sun protection systems (venetian blinds).
