TENDER DESCRIPTION

The building project described below represents a new construction of a hospital as a replacement for the Kreiskrankenhaus Alsfeld currently in existence, which is, in the long term, intended to be demolished. The planned new building is a basic-care hospital. The new structure is a four-storey block, with the upper floors set back from the ground floor. The main entrance is located in the projection. The necessary technical central plants are set in as subordinate components and arranged on the roof surface of the building block. The subject of this tender is metalwork. The service comprises the manufacture, supply and installation of aluminium-glass building components and their structural connections. The building components include window elements comprising fixed frame casings (outer frames), sash frame casings, fixed glazing and opaque panels from the UG to the 3rd floor (3.OG), as well as transom/mullion constructions with large-area glazing on the ground floor (EG) and on the 3rd floor (3.OG), including electrically motor-driven sun shading systems (roller shutters/Raffstores).
