TENDER DESCRIPTION

The service comprises all scaffolding work that is required in the course of constructing the 4-storey new building "Criminal Police Headquarters and Police Station" in Calw. The building consists of three building wings interlocked with one another, with two, three and four storeys. In the two- and three-storey component, there is an inner courtyard on each level, in which façade scaffolding is also required. In addition, scaffolding and/or roof-edge safety systems are provided for the outbuilding and the three carports. In particular, this involves working and protective scaffolding, which also serves as fall protection. In the 4-storey air space of the square atrium, a working platform is provided on the 3rd floor. Interior scaffolding is required in the stairwell heads. The three carports are secured via a flat-roof side protection system. Both on the scaffolding and roof-edge safety systems on the outside and inside the building, stair access ways and, in part, construction hoists are provided.
