TENDER DESCRIPTION

Sub-project 1 includes the construction of a laboratory and office building for medicine (2nd construction phase) with estimated construction costs of approx. EUR 65 million (gross) (cost group 200-500); construction start is scheduled for 05/2028 and construction completion for 05/2031. Sub-project 2 relates to a teaching building for medicine (3rd construction phase) and is structured as an optional service component that is commissioned only upon call-off; the 3rd construction phase includes, among other things, teaching practice laboratories, microscopy rooms, seminar rooms, lecture halls, a library and a cafeteria. The estimated construction costs here are approx. EUR 74 million (gross) (cost group 200-500); construction start is scheduled for 07/2029 and construction completion is targeted for 07/2032.
