TENDER DESCRIPTION

Project part 1 includes the construction of a laboratory and office building for medicine (2nd construction stage) with estimated construction costs of approx. EUR 65 million gross (KG 200-500); construction is scheduled to begin in 05/2028 and to be completed in 05/2031. Project part 2 concerns a teaching building for medicine (3rd construction stage) and is set up as an optional scope component that will be commissioned only upon call-off; the 3rd construction stage includes, among other things, practical training laboratories, microscopy rooms, seminar rooms, lecture halls, a library and a cafeteria. The estimated construction costs here are approx. EUR 74 million gross (KG 200-500); construction is scheduled to begin in 07/2029 and completion is targeted for 07/2032. Implementation of the project is intended to take place using the BIM methodology; the contractor assumes the role of BIM specialist coordination in the BIM process.
