TENDER DESCRIPTION

Project 1 comprises the new construction of a laboratory and office building for medicine (2nd construction phase) with estimated construction costs of approx. EUR 65 million gross (KG 200-500); construction is scheduled to begin in 05/2028 and to be completed in 05/2031. Project 2 relates to a teaching building for medicine (3rd construction phase) and is designed as an optional scope item which will only be commissioned upon call-up; the 3rd construction phase includes, among other things, teaching laboratories, microscopy rooms, seminar rooms, lecture halls, a library and a cafeteria. The estimated construction costs here are approx. EUR 74 million gross (KG 200-500); construction is scheduled to begin in 07/2029 and is targeted for completion in 07/2032. The project is to be implemented using the BIM methodology; in the BIM process, the contractor assumes the role of BIM specialist coordination.
