TENDER DESCRIPTION

The work essentially includes the installation of vapour barrier layers, mineral thermal insulation and tapered insulation systems, as well as a single-layer FPO plastic roof waterproofing membrane for extensive roof greening and photovoltaic systems. The scope of services also includes all connections to upstands (attics), vertical building elements, skylight strips, roof accesses, door connections, as well as the professional execution of all required sealing details and penetrations. The tender also includes the supply and installation of the roof drainage system with main and emergency drainage, including roof outlets, emergency overflow drains for upstands, and all connection and sealing work. Also included are roof accesses with heat-insulated roof hatch and scissor stairs, ballasted photovoltaic substructures, aluminium upstand flashings including substructures and shaped components, as well as permanent fall protection systems with rope safety system technology, safety equipment and protective guardrails.
