TENDER DESCRIPTION

The works essentially include the installation of vapour barrier layers, mineral thermal insulation and tapered insulation systems, as well as a single-ply FPO plastic roof waterproofing membrane for extensive roof greening and photovoltaic systems. The scope of performance also includes all connections to parapets, upstanding building elements, light roof panels, roof hatches, door connections, as well as the professional execution of all required waterproofing details and penetrations. Furthermore, the tender includes the supply and installation of roof drainage with main and emergency drainage, including roof outlets, parapet emergency overflows and all connection and waterproofing works. Roof hatches are also included with thermally insulated roof hatch and scissor stair, ballasted photovoltaic substructures, aluminium parapet flashings including substructures and formed parts, as well as permanent fall protection systems with wire-rope safety systems, safety equipment and protective guardrails.
