WBG Kommunal GmbH intends to commission an external senior fire safety officer for temporary fire safety for the construction project New construction of the Martin-Behaim-Gymnasium at Schultheißallee 1, 90478 Nuremberg. The subject of the procurement is the organizational coordination, advisory services, monitoring, documentation and follow-up of the temporary fire safety management on the construction site (technical monitoring on behalf of the client without any official testing or ordering powers). The service includes in particular the preparation and updating of the temporary fire safety plan, regular site walks, support and sample-based monitoring of the permit-to-work procedure for fire-hazardous work, participation in alarm and reporting pathways, instruction and/or organization of site inductions, as well as ongoing documentation and reporting to the client.
