TENDER DESCRIPTION
This tender invites proposals for specialist structural engineering planning services (Fachplanung Tragwerksplanung gem. § 51 HOAI) for the new construction of a cafeteria building at the Willinghusen Primary School in Barsbüttel. The comprehensive scope includes all HOAI service phases 1 through 6, covering preliminary planning, draft design, execution planning, and preparation for award, with deliverables such as drawings, descriptions, and calculations. The project is anticipated to commence immediately following the contract award, expected in December 2026, with subsequent commissioning outlining specific dates for each performance phase. TENDER BRIEF
