TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this tender is the provision of planning services for civil engineering structures (§ 43 HOAI, service phases 1-9) and specialist planning for technical equipment (§ 55 HOAI, service phases 1-9). In addition to the basic services in accordance with HOAI, the award of special services is also the subject of this procurement procedure. For further details, please refer to the engineering contract attached to the tender documents. The special services are described and listed in Appendix 2 of the engineering contract. --- The contracting authority has planned a staged award of these services: In service level 1, service phases 1 to 4 shall be commissioned for the respective object and specialist planning as well as the special services required in these phases. In service level 2, service phases 5 to 9 shall be commissioned for the respective object and specialist planning as well as the special services required in these phases. The commissioning of the further service level 2 is subject to the suspensive condition that the contracting authority obtains it in writing or in text form by means of an order extension.
