TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this tender is the provision of planning services for civil engineering structures (§ 43 HOAI, service phases 1–9) and specialist planning for technical building equipment (§ 55 HOAI, service phases 1–9). In addition to the basic services under HOAI, the award of special services is also part of this tender procedure. Please refer to the engineering contract attached to the tender documents for further details. The special services are described and listed in Appendix 2 of the engineering contract. --- The contracting authority has planned a staged award of these services: In service stage 1, service phases 1 to 4 are to be commissioned for the respective object planning and specialist planning, as well as the special services required in these phases. In service stage 2, service phases 5 to 9 are to be commissioned for the respective object planning and specialist planning, as well as the special services required in these phases. The commissioning of further service stage 2 is subject to the suspensive condition that the contracting authority procures it in writing or in text form by way of an extension of the contract.
