TENDER DESCRIPTION
The University Hospital Leipzig intends to carry out the new construction of the low voltage main distribution after fire damage in the Operational Center, building number 4241 (OPZ). The OPZ of the University Hospital Leipzig (UKL) is an existing building with a massive reinforced concrete skeleton structure and stiffening access cores. The OPZ is divided into two parts, Tower A and Tower B, through which the floors are accessed via staircases, visitor lifts, and patient lifts. On the ground floor, these two areas are connected via the mall, which serves as a covered atrium extending up to the second floor. On the ground floor and first floor, the two areas are also connected via the wards and operating rooms and their corridors, but not publicly accessible. The two basements as well as the 5th upper floor primarily serve the technical supply of the clinic building. In the above-ground floors (ground floor to 4th upper floor), the actual clinical operations with wards and administration take place. The Operational Center represents the heart of the UKL.
