TENDER DESCRIPTION

For the construction of the building for an open full-day school, which is to be built as an extension to an existing primary school, the outdoor facilities are to be redesigned. The total area to be designed is approximately 2,280 m2. The following areas are to be created: '- Sand play area with wooden deck and seating benches, as well as various play equipment- EPDM play area with various play equipment- All-weather pitch with EPDM surfacing with 2 football goals and 1 basketball hoop- Terrace area in front of the canteen as seating area with sun sail- Natural area with lawn and play house- Paved area under the north canopy in front of the group rooms- Various paths around the building and between individual areas as paved areas- Service yard on the east side with 3 parking spaces, paved- Fire service access and parking space, as well as a route in front of the existing building as driveable grass areas- Various planted areas as visual screening or to separate the individual areas.
