The subject of the contract is the work relating to the kitchen technical systems for the construction of an Open All-Day School in Memmelsdorf. The services include the production/manufacture, delivery and installation of the school canteen as a fresh-preparation kitchen for the midday catering of 300 students of the primary school. Approximate quantities: - 6 thermal units, - 19 m stainless-steel furniture, - 4 cooling units, - dishwasher with infeed/outfeed table, - 15 m shelving, - 5 m serving counter, - combination of prep and deep-freeze cells with small refrigeration units, - 3 kitchen machines, - washing machine, dryer, - 10 mobile units, - workshop and installation planning, connection work, existing documentation, maintenance
