TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Federal Railway Property intends to construct a photovoltaic system including the necessary charging infrastructure for electric vehicles at its own administrative site of the Healthcare for Federal Railway Officials (KVB) in Münster. The objective of the measure is sustainable self-generation of electricity, reduction of CO₂ emissions, and support of the federal climate protection goals. The subject matter of this tender is: 1. the detailed design as well as the operational ready construction of a photovoltaic system with an output of approximately 135 kWp in combination with a 60 kWh storage system 2. the detailed design and construction of AC charging infrastructure (LIS) for electric vehicles with 3 AC charging points (max. 22 kW), 3. the integration of the services into the building's electrical installation (conversion and extension of the NSHV including the provision for a future heat pump outlet) 4. the operation and maintenance of the PV system and charging infrastructure over a period of 5 years.
