TENDER DESCRIPTION

The measure involves the construction of the town hall in Fahrenzhausen. The new building consists of three structures: the single-storey council chamber in the north on the B13, the adjacent single-storey connecting building (foyer), and the three-storey administration building in the south. In figures: site area for new construction: approx. 2,500 m² / floor area: approx. 770 m² / gross floor area (GFA): approx. 1,730 m² / usable area: approx. 865 m² / enclosed volume approx. 6,655 m³. This bill of quantities includes the following services: planning, supplying and installing veneered wooden doors with wooden frame linings (door frames/head frames) and casing cladding, wood-glass doors with wooden frame linings, and coated wooden interior doors with metal and wooden door frames. In total: 68 interior door elements. In addition, door hardware/fitments such as OTS, fittings, etc. must be planned and supplied.
