TENDER DESCRIPTION
The municipality of Herzebrock-Clarholz intends to construct a new town hall as a replacement for the existing town hall. This new building is to be erected on the current town hall site with an area of approx. 4,800 m². In accordance with the municipality’s climate protection concept for Herzebrock-Clarholz, the new town hall is to meet at least the KFW-40 energy standard and be climate-neutral in operation. The building’s technical equipment is to satisfy these high ecological and economic requirements. The focus is on planning optimized for operating costs.
