TENDER DESCRIPTION

The municipality of Herzebrock-Clarholz intends to construct a new building for a town hall as a replacement for the existing town hall. The new building is to be erected on the current town hall site with approximately 4,800 m². In accordance with the municipal climate protection concept of Herzebrock-Clarholz, the new town hall building is to meet at least the KFW-40 energy standard and be climate-neutral in operation. The building’s technical equipment is intended to satisfy these high ecological and economic requirements. The focus is on planning optimized for operating costs. To generate heat for the 5-storey building, a cascade consisting of two air-to-water heat pumps will be used. In the summer months, it is also to be used for temperature control. The insulated heat distribution consists of approximately 700 m of stainless steel pipework as a press system. Heat transfer in the building will be implemented via underfloor heating with an area of approximately 2,300 m². In addition, energy will be provided for a heating/cooling register of an RLT system.
