TENDER DESCRIPTION

The municipality of Herzebrock-Clarholz intends to construct a new town hall building to replace the existing town hall. This new building is to be erected on the current town hall property with an area of around 4,800 m². In accordance with the municipality’s climate protection concept for Herzebrock-Clarholz, the new town hall building must meet at least the KFW-40 energy standard and be climate-neutral in operation. The building’s technical equipment is to meet these high ecological and economic requirements. The focus is on planning optimized for operating costs. To generate heat for the 5-storey building, a cascade of two air-to-water heat pumps is used. This is also intended to be used for temperature control during the summer months. The insulated heating distribution consists of approximately 700 m of stainless steel pipework as a press system. Heat transfer in the building will be provided via underfloor heating over an area of approximately 2,300 m². In addition, energy will be supplied for a heating/cooling register of an RLT system.
