TENDER DESCRIPTION

The municipality of Kappelrodeck intends to construct the new town hall on the Rössel site, Hauptstraße 38 in Kappelrodeck. At the same time, a day-care center for children is to be established as an outstation of an existing facility for three U3 groups. The listed (protected) building “Kern” located on the site is to be integrated into the ensemble. The space programme for the new town hall includes an estimated gross floor area of approx. 2000 m². Based on the space programme, the day-care center for children will have a gross floor area of approx. 600 m². In the first stage of the procedure, a participation competition is held. The submitted applications to take part are checked for completeness and for compliance with the minimum requirements published. Applicants who meet the minimum requirements are considered generally suitable.
