TENDER DESCRIPTION

Construction of a town hall extension building for the city administration of Pfullingen, on the edge of the historic old town. The extension building will in future adjoin directly to the existing historic town hall. The town hall is a cultural monument. To provide access to the new annex, interventions in the building fabric of the old building from 1685 and in the annex from 1905 are also necessary. Extensive renovation and restoration measures are taking place in the existing building. All components will be repaired and the building services equipment renewed. Work in the existing building during ongoing operation.
