TENDER DESCRIPTION

Construction of a town hall extension building for the city administration of Pfullingen, on the edge of the historic old town. The extension building will in future adjoin directly to the existing historic town hall. The town hall is a cultural monument. For the access to the new annex, interventions in the building fabric of the old building from 1685 and the annex from 1905 are also necessary. Extensive conversion and renovation measures are taking place in the existing building. All building components will be repaired and the building services equipment renewed. Work in the existing building during ongoing operation. The following works are necessary for the roof waterproofing trade: - Roof waterproofing including thermal insulation of flat roofs, approx. 105 sqm - Roof waterproofing on existing bitumen waterproofing, approx. 105 sqm - Liquid plastic waterproofing, approx. 70 linear meters - Sheet metal cladding on raised building parts, approx. 35 linear meters - Facade gutters, approx. 20 linear meters - Terrace slabs in gravel bedding, approx. 30 sqm
