TENDER DESCRIPTION

Initial equipment of the newly constructed town hall extension building as well as partial refurbishment and modernization of the conference and meeting rooms in the existing Rathaus II building of the city of Pfullingen. The objective of the measure is the establishment of modern, networked and digital presentation, audio and conference technology. The following services are to be provided for media technology: Delivery, installation, programming and commissioning of interactive large displays (75" to 98"), all-in-one video bars, floor box and table connection panels with mechanical cable retractions (retractors) and integrated keypad control panels (keypads), a digital wireless conference microphone system for the meeting room including central transmission/reception technology and audio signal processors (DSP) as well as digital room door signs for the room booking system.
