TENDER DESCRIPTION

Initial equipment of the newly constructed town hall extension building as well as partial renovation and modernization of the conference and meeting rooms in the existing town hall II building of the city of Pfullingen. The objective of the measure is the setup of a modern, networked and digital presentation, audio, and conference technology. The following services are to be provided for the media technology: Delivery, installation, programming and commissioning of interactive large displays (75" to 98"), all-in-one video bars, floor box and table connection panels with mechanical cable reels (retractors) and integrated button control panels (keypads), a digital wireless conference microphone system for the meeting room including central transmission/reception technology and audio signal processors (DSP) as well as digital room door signs for the room booking system.
