TENDER DESCRIPTION

Construction of a town hall extension building for the city administration of Pfullingen, at the edge of the historic old town. The extension building will in future directly adjoin the existing, historic town hall. The town hall is a listed cultural monument. For the access/connection of the new annex, interventions in the building fabric of the old building from 1685 and in the annex from 1905 are also necessary. Extensive conversion and refurbishment measures are carried out in the existing structure. During this process, all building components are restored and the building services installations are renewed. Work in the existing structure while operations continue. For the trade locksmith/metalwork (ironmongery) works, the following work is necessary: - Parapet upstands/edge coverings (attica copings), approx. 40 linear metres - Railings and handrails, inside and outside, approx. 110 linear metres - Fall protection for windows, approx. 50 units - Other small structures (cladding for windows and sub-distributors, etc.)
