TENDER DESCRIPTION

Construction of a Town Hall extension building for the City Administration of Pfullingen, on the edge of the historic old town. The extension building will henceforth adjoin directly the existing, historic Town Hall. The Town Hall is a listed cultural heritage monument. For the connection of the new extension, interventions in the building fabric of the existing building from 1685 and in the extension from 1905 are also necessary. Extensive conversion and renovation measures will be carried out in the existing building. In doing so, all structural components will be restored and the building services equipment will be replaced. Work in the existing building while operations are ongoing. For the trade Joinery works—doors, the following work is necessary: - Interior doors without fire protection requirements, 35 pcs. - Interior doors with fire protection requirement T30, 5 pcs. - Interior doors with fire protection requirement T60, 5 pcs. - Fire doors partly with hold-open systems - Emergency exit door control, 2 pcs.
