TENDER DESCRIPTION

The city of Schwedt/Oder plans the new construction of a service and transformation building in the western area of the former bus station in Schwedt (ZOB). The new building is to be realized as a four-story structural steel construction with external dimensions of approximately 39 meters by 31.5 meters. The gross floor area of the new building will be approximately 4200 square meters over all floors. The electrical system will be installed with several distribution boards, distributed across all floors. The routing of cables will be done on later visible cable trays beneath the ceiling. Additionally, the partial systems listed below will be awarded in this contract lot. The geothermal system will be complemented by a base load optimized PV system (Lot 40) on the roof. A mechanical ventilation system ventilates both the large event and seminar rooms on the ground floor as well as the inner rooms in the core zone.
