TENDER DESCRIPTION

The city of Schwedt/Oder plans the new construction of a service and transformation building in the western area of the former bus station in Schwedt (ZOB). The new building is to be realized as a four-storey structural steel building with external dimensions of approximately 39 meters by 31.5 meters. The gross floor area of the new building will be approximately 4200 square meters across all floors. The electrical system will be installed with multiple distributions spread across all floors. The cable routing will be on later visible cable trays under the ceiling. Additionally, the sub-systems listed below will be awarded in this procurement unit. The geothermal system will be complemented by a base load optimized PV system (Lot 40) on the roof. A mechanical ventilation system ventilates both the large event and seminar rooms on the ground floor as well as the interior rooms in the core zone.
