TENDER DESCRIPTION

The district of Osnabrück intends to construct a 3-court sports hall with grandstand for up to 199 persons in Melle, including an additional course room and a spacious foyer. The sports hall in Melle is a building with a suitably subdividable 3-court hall with a hall area of approximately 27 x 46 m and a building structure set in front, comprising 1- or 2-storeys. The building is not provided with a basement. On the ground floor there are the hall area, the associated changing rooms and equipment rooms, as well as the open entrance foyer, course rooms and other ancillary areas. On the upper floor, essentially further foyer areas, the grandstand, ancillary rooms and the technical central unit are located. The entire building will be constructed as a massive reinforced-concrete or reinforced-concrete frame structure, in combination of cast-in-place concrete and precast elements; in part these are implemented as sandwich elements in the ground-floor area.
