TENDER DESCRIPTION

The district of Osnabrück intends to build a 3-court sports hall with grandstand seating for up to 199 people in Melle, including an additional training room and a spacious foyer. The Melle sports hall is a building comprising an appropriately partitionable 3-court hall with a hall area of approx. 27 x 46 m and a front building structure with 1 and/or 2 storeys. The building has no basement. On the ground floor there are the hall area, the associated cloakrooms and equipment rooms, and the open entrance foyer, training rooms and further ancillary areas. On the upper floor, essentially further foyer areas, grandstand seating, ancillary rooms and the plant/technical services central are located. The entire building will be erected as a massive reinforced concrete and/or reinforced concrete frame structure, in combination of cast-in-place concrete and precast elements; in part, these are executed as sandwich elements in the ground-floor area.
