TENDER DESCRIPTION

The district of Osnabrück intends to construct a 3-court sports hall with a stand for up to 199 people in Melle, including an additional course room and a spacious foyer. The Melle sports hall is a building with a correspondingly divisible 3-court hall with a hall area of approx. 27 x 46 m and a front building block of 1 and 2 storeys. The building is not constructed with a basement. On the ground floor there are the hall level, the associated changing rooms and equipment rooms, as well as the open entrance foyer, course rooms and other ancillary areas. On the upper floor, essentially further foyer areas, the stand, ancillary rooms and the central plant room are located. The entire building will be constructed as a solid structure using reinforced concrete and/or reinforced concrete frame construction, in combination of cast-in-situ concrete and precast elements; these are partly designed as sandwich elements in the ground-floor area.
