TENDER DESCRIPTION

The district of Osnabrück intends to construct a 3-court sports hall with a grandstand for up to 199 people in Melle, including an additional training room and a spacious foyer. The Melle sports hall is a building with a correspondingly separable 3-court hall with a hall area of approx. 27 x 46 m and a front building volume of one or two storeys. The building has no basement. On the ground floor there are the hall level, the associated changing rooms and equipment rooms, as well as the open entrance foyer, training rooms and other ancillary areas. On the upper floor, essentially additional foyer areas, grandstand seating, ancillary rooms and the technical central are located. The entire building will be constructed as a solid reinforced concrete and/or reinforced concrete frame structure, in combination of cast-in-place concrete and precast elements; these are partly implemented as sandwich elements in the ground-floor area.
