TENDER DESCRIPTION

The district of Osnabrück intends to construct a 3-court sports hall with stands for up to 199 people in Melle, including an additional class room and a spacious foyer. The Sports Hall in Melle is a building with a correspondingly divisible 3-court hall with a hall area of approx. 27 x 46 m and a front building structure with 1- or 2 storeys. The building has no basement. On the ground floor there are the hall level, the associated changing and equipment rooms, the open entrance foyer, classrooms and other ancillary areas. On the upper floor, essentially further foyer areas, the stands, ancillary rooms and the technical central are located. The entire building is constructed in a solid manner as a reinforced concrete and steel-reinforced concrete frame structure, in combination of cast-in-place concrete and precast elements; these are, in part, designed as sandwich elements in the ground-floor area. The exterior façade design is divided accordingly into a massive closed plinth with exposed-concrete precast elements and an upper façade, which is constructed as a rainscreen façade consisting of ceramic elements in different colours arranged vertically.
