TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Landkreis Osnabrück intends to construct a 3-court sports hall with a grandstand for up to 199 persons in Melle, including an additional training room and a spacious foyer. The Melle sports hall is a building with a 3-court hall that can be appropriately divided, with a hall area of approx. 27 x 46 m, and a front-facing building volume of 1 or 2 storeys. The building is not provided with a basement. On the ground floor are the hall level, the associated changing and equipment rooms, and the open entrance foyer, training rooms, and further ancillary areas. On the upper floor, essentially further foyer areas, the grandstand, ancillary rooms, and the technical central plant are located. The entire building is to be constructed in solid reinforced concrete and reinforced concrete frame construction, in combination of in-situ concrete and precast elements; these are partly executed as sandwich elements in the ground-floor area.
