TENDER DESCRIPTION

1st construction phase (BA) - Extension of House B and new construction for 1st BA Adjacent to the existing building of Clinic B (4 wards with one protected ward), the 1st BA/new build for three wards is to be created. A new additional ward for gerontopsychiatry is planned here. Two wards from the existing building are housed in the new build. These wards receive completely new nursing areas with modernly equipped patient rooms and bathrooms in the new-build section. After completion, three wards from the existing building move into the new build. One ward remains in the existing building. The existing building is extended by one floor towards Clinic A. 2nd construction phase (BA) - New construction The 2nd BA: The existing building will be demolished to 60%, and the 2nd BA of the new build, in the same quality as the 1st BA with two wards, is to be implemented. After the last ward moves out of the existing building, the remaining existing building will then be extensively refurbished. The planned usable floor area for the entire measure is approx. 4,800 m².
