TENDER DESCRIPTION

1st construction phase - extension to Building B and new construction of the 1st construction phase Adjacent to the existing building of Clinic B (4 wards with one protected ward), the 1st construction phase/new build for three wards is to be created. A new additional ward for gerontopsychiatry is planned here. Two wards from the existing building will be accommodated in the new-build section. These wards will receive completely new nursing areas with modern-equipped patient rooms and bathrooms in the new-build wing. After completion, three wards will move from the existing building into the new build. One ward will remain in the existing building. The existing building will be extended to the side of Clinic A by one storey. 2nd construction phase - new build 2nd construction phase: The existing building will be demolished to 60%, and the 2nd construction phase of the new build, in the qualities of the 1st construction phase with two wards, will be implemented. After relocation of the last ward from the existing building, the remaining existing building will subsequently be comprehensively refurbished.
