Clearance of the construction site / securing - Clearance of root stocks, phased by diameter: approx. 400 units - Trial pits / search excavations: approx. 150 m3 Demolition works - Gas pipeline, out of service: approx. 75 m - Existing cables, bundled, out of service: approx. 80 m - Reinforced concrete district heating channel with supply/return, insulated, with KMF refurbishment: approx. 50 m Site grading - Remove 5 cm of vegetation layer, to be reused: approx. 35,000 m2 - Excavate 25 cm of topsoil, to be reused: approx. 10,500 m3 - Additional compaction of the contract area: approx. 14,500 m2 - Loosen soil, install, cut & fill: approx. 31,000 m3 Infiltration trench as replacement structure - RW pre-treatment unit as sedimentation shaft, including earthworks: 1 unit - RW fill element trench system, approx. 48 m3 storage volume, including earthworks: 1 unit - Demolition of RW pipeline, DN 300 stoneware, including earthworks: approx. 60 m - Demolition of RW manhole/shaft, DN 1000, reinforced concrete, including earthworks: 3 units
