TENDER DESCRIPTION
Procedure under the VgV for the appointment of a legal consultant/attendant to prepare for the implementation of a PPP for the construction project “New construction of the district office (Kreishaus)”. The Dithmarschen District intends to build the district office (Kreishaus) on the property “Im Grund” as part of a public-private partnership (PPP). The PPP project is intended to include planning, construction, financing and building management over 25 years. For preparation, the legal, economic and technical advisers/attendants are to accompany, in a 3-stage award, the steps from the preparatory measures (with a preliminary cost-effectiveness study), support/assistance for the public tendering procedure (up to a final cost-effectiveness study) and implementation of the new construction (up to commissioning).
