TENDER DESCRIPTION
Procedure under the VgV for the award of a legal advisor/partner to prepare for a PPP implementation of the building project, i.e., the construction of the new district office (new Kreishaus). The Dithmarschen County (Landkreis Dithmarschen) intends, on the property “Im Grund”, as part of a public-private partnership (PPP), to build the new district office building. The PPP project is intended to include planning, construction, financing and building management over 25 years. For preparation purposes, legal, economic and technical advisors/partners are to support, in a three-stage award procedure, the steps from the preparatory measures (including a preliminary cost-effectiveness study), support during the public tendering procedure (up to the final cost-effectiveness study) and implementation of the new construction (up to commissioning).
