TENDER DESCRIPTION

External areas - Construction of the LRA Rottweil, Lot 1 (GaLaBau) For the new construction of the administrative building of the Landratsamt Rottweil (Königstraße 36), the external areas will be completely newly installed. The site is located in the inner city area between Königstraße, Marienstraße and Stadionstraße. The adjacent publicly accessible footpath areas will be implemented using the same material concept. The town square at Königstraße forms the representative arrival area; the inner courtyard is located entirely on the structural deck of the underground car park. In addition, there are two roof surfaces: an intensively landscaped roof garden on the 4th floor (4th OG) with a cast-in-place concrete covering, steel edging and furnishing, and an extensively greened solar roof on the 5th floor (5th OG) with a substructure weighted for 159 PV modules.
