TENDER DESCRIPTION

External works for new construction of Landratsamt Rottweil, Lot 1 (GaLaBau) As part of the new construction of the administrative building of Landratsamt Rottweil (Königstraße 36), the external works are to be completely newly constructed. The site is located in an inner-city area between Königstraße, Marienstraße and Stadionstraße. The adjacent public footpath areas are to be implemented using the same material concept. The square at Königstraße forms the representative arrival area, while the inner courtyard is fully built over on the underground parking garage ceiling. In addition, there are two roof areas: an intensively greened roof garden on the 4th floor with cast-in-place concrete surfacing, steel edge restraints and furnishing, as well as an extensively greened solar green roof on the 5th floor with a load-bearing substructure for 159 PV modules.
