TENDER DESCRIPTION

The object of the procurement is building design planning services according to §§ 33 ff. HOAI 2021 for service phases 6 to 9. The commissioning will take place stepwise.--- Stadibau GmbH, a state housing construction company, plans on the site of the former Dachau police station at Dr.-Höfler-Straße 1, 85221 Dachau, the new construction of a residential complex with around 62 barrier-free, publicly subsidized apartments for civil servants along with an underground car park. The existing building will be dismantled as part of the project. In addition, communal areas, in particular a common room, as well as an underground car park with currently 36 parking spaces, including four barrier-free spaces, are planned. The construction site is located east of Dachau town centre in close proximity to Augsburger Straße, one of the city's main traffic routes. The project is currently in the final phase of service phase 2. A positive building pre-approval has been obtained for the project.
