TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the procurement is the services of building design planning in accordance with §§ 33 ff. HOAI 2021 for service phases 6 to 9. The commissioning will be done in stages.--- Stadibau GmbH, as a state housing company, plans on the site of the former Dachau police station at Dr.-Höfler-Str. 1, 85221 Dachau, the new construction of a residential complex with approximately 62 barrier-free, publicly subsidized apartments for civil servants as well as an underground car park. The existing building will be dismantled as part of the measure. In addition, communal uses, in particular a communal room, as well as an underground car park with currently 36 parking spaces, including four barrier-free parking spaces, are planned. The building site is located east of Dachau town center in close proximity to Augsburger Straße, one of the main traffic arteries of the city. The project is currently concluding service phase 2. A positive preliminary building permit is available for the project. The services of building design planning for service phases 1 to 5 have already been awarded to an architectural firm.
