TENDER DESCRIPTION
The entire construction project will be carried out during the operation of the existing facility and, in the first construction phase, consists of the following 3 core phases: 1. Construction of a new settling tank facility with the required civil engineering works for the installation of the underground pipeline system 2. Technical installation (TGA) 3. Switching over the treatment plant currently in operation to the new settling tank facility and transitional operation 4. Decommissioning of the old settling tanks and dismantling After the dismantling of the old settling tank facility, the construction of the new filter hall follows. The services for the construction of the filter hall are not part of this tender. 1.4 Construction schedule 1. Start of construction (structure component with civil engineering works): from 2026 2. Technical installation of process and electrical engineering / automation: from calendar week (KW) 31, 2027 3. Switching over and transitional operation: from calendar week (KW) 37, 2027
