TENDER DESCRIPTION

Jülich Utilities GmbH has decided to renew a treatment plant that has been in operation for about 55 years and to construct a new waterworks at the existing site Römerstraße 101 in 52428 Jülich. The operating site is located on Römerstraße immediately before the town exit in the direction of the east. For this measure, the contractor will construct two new settling tanks with a sluice chamber, including all earthworks required for this. The two settling tanks to be constructed are each about 105 m² and serve for the collection of sludge-containing wash waters. The sluice chamber is a single-storey structure with an internal platform, a steel staircase and a pump sump. The sluice chamber with a floor area of about 20 m² is located between the two settling tanks. In the lower area, the sluice chamber receives a mass concrete fill. The roof of the sluice chamber is a flat roof with a parapet. The exact dimensions of the structural facility can be taken from the plan documents attached to this bill of quantities (LV). For the structure under consideration, a service life of 50 years is planned.
