TENDER DESCRIPTION
Construction project: Construction of the new internal medicine central building (Central Building II), Klinikum St. Georg gGmbH, Delitzscher Straße 141, 04129 Leipzig Lot: 1404 Building automation Klinikum St. Georg gGmbH intends to build another central building at the Eutritzsch site to improve medical care. The construction site is located in the rear, western part of the hospital campus. Components of the services being tendered include, among other things: supplying, installing, expanding, connecting/upgrading (commissioning/switching on), commissioning and documenting - 29 automation stations - 93 switch cabinet sections - approx. 85,000 m cables - approx. 11,000 m conduit piping - approx. 400 m cable trays - automation programs - field and automation devices for the technical building services of cost groups 410 to 470 - a smoke extraction system to support smoke removal - functional tests, 1:1 tests, and trial operation (individually and across trades) - existing-condition and revision documents All services shall be understood to include the required engineering, installation, testing, commissioning and documentation services.
