TENDER DESCRIPTION
Construction project: New construction of the Internal Medicine Central Building (Central Building II) Klinikum St. Georg gGmbH Delitzscher Straße 141, 04129 Leipzig Lot: 1420 Building Automation Management System Klinikum St. Georg gGmbH intends to erect another central building at the Eutritzsch site to improve medical care. The construction site is located in the rear, western part of the hospital. To integrate the technical building equipment into the existing building control system, an expansion of the existing management system is planned. The essential scope of services includes: Delivery, installation, extension and commissioning of - existing BMS including BACnet data points and required software licenses - existing management system functions, objects, classes and trends - floor plan graphics - system graphics - smoke extraction visualization - control station with full access to the management system - network connection - AKS implementation All components include the services described in the tender specification.
