TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contracting authority intends to expand the school network with Microsoft Windows workstations. The total service to be tendered especially includes the delivery, assembly and configuration of the hardware as well as the installation of the software necessary for the ready-to-use operation of the new IT equipment of the State Vocational School I Memmingen, Bodenseestraße 45, 87700 Memmingen, using the pedagogical network solution "Windows 5.x Musterlösung Baden-Württemberg". Project-accompanying, sufficient instruction of the system administrator on the school premises as well as continuous documentation of the newly established network is indispensable. The contractor shall deliver the components to be procured free of charge to the location designated by the client (free place of use) and undertakes to dispose of any packaging materials at own expense. The objective is the delivery, installation and commissioning of the new IT equipment according to the specifications, designed for daily teaching use for the vocational training of IT specialists in system integration.
