TENDER DESCRIPTION

We hereby refer to tender no. 2026005425, which features a similar procurement type. At the HW Altglienicke site, the three identical hot-water generating plants HWE 3, 4 and 5 must be replaced with almost performance-identical new plants in the form of large hot-water boiler room boiler equipment (in accordance with EN 12953). HWE 3 and 4 are currently still in operation; only HWE 5 has not been operated for several years and is permanently out of service. In order not to jeopardise or further restrict supply reliability at the site, a step-by-step approach for replacing first HWE 5 and subsequently HWE 4 and then HWE 3 is absolutely required. The three hot-water generators to be newly constructed are to be connected to a newly constructed 3-draft flue (chimney) by means of new flue gas ducts. For the installation and removal of the HWE, the existing flue gas duct (for the most part brickwork) is to be dismantled and the outer wall of the boiler house is to be opened and closed again after completion of the work.
